Locally grown, Jennifer grew up in the Twin Cities and obtained a degree in architecture with a minor in French from the University of Colorado. Her passion for sustainability and the constant view of the flatirons led her to become LEED accredited following her graduation. Professionally, she has over ten years of experience in the world of architecture and design with experiences ranging from large civic buildings to residential remodeling. Her work has been recognized through professional awards twelve times, six of which were national awards; additionally, seven of Jennifer’s projects have been featured in publications.
Always seeking the next adventure, her interest in contemporary art, architecture, and design leads her around the world for international art fairs, while at home she maintains an active role as a tour-guide for the Walker Art Center, frequently attending gallery openings in hopes of adding to her growing local art collection.
Curating the lives of her clients + friends whether it be through an addition on the back of their house or choosing club chairs to compliment a new sofa is the heart of j.jorgensen.
